Inspection first, then a clear scope and quote

Common work includes brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and a basic safety inspection. Additional work is only carried out after approval of the confirmed scope.
Turnaround depends on the bicycle and the required parts, so we do not promise completion until the inspection is finished and availability has been checked. That keeps the process clear and realistic from the start.
