How Bicycle Servicing Works
Every service begins with a service inquiry and a bicycle intake. We then carry out a mechanical inspection to understand the condition of the frame, brakes, gears, drivetrain, tyres, and other key parts before any work is approved.
After the inspection, we explain the scope of the work and share a quote based on the condition of the bicycle. If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately and ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed.

Once repairs and adjustments are complete, the bicycle goes through a quality check and a service summary is provided at collection. This keeps the process straightforward and helps you understand what was completed.
